The dissemination of knowledge is done through different types of events, including the open days of the Nançay Radio Astronomy Station, the Fête de la Science, conferences for the general public, school visits, etc.
Our achievements
To make our explanations more meaningful, we often rely on realizations prepared for this purpose, for example:
- aurora borealis or australis simulator (Planeterrella)
- cosmic ray detector
- sprite observations (CAM Sprite)
- detection of meteorites
- observations of accelerated electrons during solar flares (CALLISTO)
